Breakages Procedure

Your item is insured in transit so please check as soon as you receive. Any breakages please contact us and we will send you another mirror at once! We package all of our mirrors professionally with heavy duty boxes and foam so damage rarely occurs. Broken parts or products must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the product so we can claim. If you tell us about breakages after this time we cannot warrant the claim so please avoid this scenario by simply checking your item.
